How to access the  KOI Student Account?

All KOI student student services, including email use a single Microsoft account.

KOI Student Email

• Visit the Microsoft Outlook
• Sign in with your username as student-number@students.koi.edu.au
  Ex) 12340000@students.koi.edu.au
• Enter your password.

All students must use their KOI student email address when contacting any KOI staff as well as checking it on a regular basis.

How to reset my password?

You must add recovery information in order to reset your password in future.

• Visit the Microsoft Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) Portal
• Enter your student email and follow the prompts

Passwords must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum password length is 10 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one Non-alphanumeric characters (special characters)
• At lease one digit (0 through 9)
• Do not include any personal details (First name or Surname)
