How to use KOI Student Email?
KOI student email uses Google account.
- Visit the Google Mail Login Page (www.gmail.com)
- Sign in with your username as student-number@students.koi.edu.au
Ex) 12340000@students.koi.edu.au
- Enter your password.
All students must use their KOI student email address when contacting any KOI staff as well as checking it on a regular basis.
How to reset my password?
You must add recovery information in order to reset your password in future.
- Visit the Google Mail Login Page (www.gmail.com)
- Put your student email and click ‘Next’
- At the bottom right, click the ‘Forgot password?‘
- Try the last password that you remember or click ‘Try another way‘
- Choose Text OR Call to get verification code
- Enter verification code and click ‘Next‘
- Enter New password and Confirm password
- Click ‘Save password‘
- Click ‘Continue to your Google Account‘
