Brief Bio
I am a PhD-qualified academic and Casual Academic at UTS Business School with research and teaching expertise in supply chain management, blockchain adoption, traceability, sustainability, and organisational studies. My doctoral research investigates blockchain adoption in global agri-product supply chains to enhance traceability and sustainability, supporting greater transparency across the “farm-to-kitchen” journey of products such as Australian apples and pears. I hold a Master of Philosophy from Western Sydney University, where my research explored hybrid approaches integrating Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma philosophies in supply chain management. I also hold a Master of Business in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Technology Sydney. I am committed to student-centred and inclusive learning, particularly in supporting diverse international student cohorts. Drawing on more than 15 years of global industry experience, I connect organisational and management theories with contemporary professional practice, helping students understand their practical applications in Australia and internationally.
