Kenny SHELSWELL is a lecturer in the Business and Management Program at King's Own Institute, Newcastle. Mr Shelswell taught at the Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle and the College of International Education, Newcastle Campus. After working in the IT industry as Program Director for such organisations as IBM Australia, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Optus Telecommunications, Westpac Banking Corporation and realestate.com.au amongst other leading organisations for over two decades, Mr Shelswell transitioned into Human Resources while working at IBM Australia in Global Business Services. Building on his Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing Science) earned at the University of Technology, Sydney Mr Shelswell returned to postgraduate study in 2016 earning an MBA and Master of Human Resource Management at University of Newcastle.
