Rekha Nachiappan has received PhD from Western Sydney University, Australia. She received a B.Sc. (Mathematics) degree from Alagappa University, India in 2006, a Master of Computer Applications degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, in 2009, and a Master of Philosophy from PRIST University, India in 2012. She was the winner of 3MT 2018 from the School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences, at Western Sydney University. She has received a highly commended Award from NASSCOM 2017 and She is one of the finalists of Amplify Ignite, 2019. Her research interest focuses on cloud storage systems, decentralized storage systems, and Federated Learning.
