Patricia Vakafua joined KOI in 2007. Qualified CPA, 10 years’ experience as a Chief Accountant & Head of Treasury in the Government of Tuvalu. Worked as an Academic Team Leader and Team Player at Curtin University and KOI, lecturer/tutor for undergraduate & postgraduate levels in local and international universities; NotreDame University, University of the South Pacific, KOI, & CIOM. Taught in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Accounting Theory and Issues, and Auditing Assurance Services. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads, Ethical, Competent & Hardworking.
