Dr Mohamad Naji, is currently a Sessional Lecturer (Subject Coordinator) at KOI and University of Technology Sydney and obtained a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Dr Naji has an extensive background in teaching Data Visualisation, Data Science and Database subjects, having delivered lectures and tutorials to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition to teaching, he has also played an active role in curriculum development by creating several IT subjects, which have been successfully implemented within various academic programs. Dr. Naji has also supervised capstone project students at the University of Sydney, providing guidance and mentorship to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
Dr Naji is an active learner and is constantly seeking ways to improve their teaching skills to align with the highest teaching standards. Furthermore, he is also an accomplished researcher in the field of Data Science with several publications in reputable academic journals and conferences. With a passion for education and research, Dr Naji is committed to sharing their knowledge and experience with students, fellow educators, and the broader academic community.
