Students must submit a Deferred Exam request through “Student Support” on the Student Portal  as soon as possible, but no later than three (3) working days after the exam date.

A medical certificate must be attached, and it must be signed and stamped by the doctor. The certificate must clearly state the medical condition; general terms such as “unwell” or “medical condition” are not acceptable.

Students will be notified if a deferred exam has been approved and advised of the deferred exam date. Please note that only one deferred exam date will be offered. Failure to attend the deferred exam will result in failure for the subject.

Approval of a deferred exam is not guaranteed.
