Students must submit an assessment extension request through “Student Support” on the Student Portal  as soon as possible, but no later than three (3) working days after the assignment due date.

Supporting evidence explaining the circumstances that prevented submission must be attached (the form outlines acceptable circumstances and evidence). Students will be advised whether an extension has been granted and, if approved, the revised due date.

Please note that there is no guarantee that an extension will be approved, or the length of time granted. Students should aim to submit the assessment as soon as possible after the original due date. Late penalties will apply to assessments submitted after the extension date (if granted).
