    Dr. Domingos Mondego is a lecturer and researcher in Information Systems and Business, with international experience across Brazil, Japan, and Australia. He holds a PhD in Information Systems, focused on AI and user satisfaction in cloud-based payment systems, along with multiple master’s degrees in informatics and business. Before entering academia, he worked in telecommunications, logistics, marketing, banking, and international trade in Brazil, and also launched community-focused businesses in Japan. His research areas include Information Systems in Business, AI and user experience, digital trust and security, community-oriented technologies, and cross-cultural technology adoption.
