    Juan has worked in Austranlian and Chinese university for over ten years. She is the teaching fellowshsip at FASS, University of Sydney. (2023-current).She is the subject coordinator, lecturer and tutor at King’s Owned Institute (2021-current). She was the Associate Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology (2012- 2020).She works on modern American literrturre and East Aisan cultural studies. She authored one monograph, one translation book, 40 articles in academic journals, and had 11 teaching and research grants as Sole Chief Investigator,
