    Jacinta is the Director of Learning and Teaching at KOI. She was awarded her PhD at UNSW in 2015 and her Bachelor of Arts in 2008 with First Class Honours. She is an experienced senior leader in Higher Education and has led large, multidisciplinary teams in education in Group of Eight universities, not-for-profit institutions, and Institutes of Higher Education. Jacinta has years of experience in education innovation, digital delivery and organisational transformation. She has chaired multiple academic governance committees and represented academic studies on executive committees. She led Scholarship of Teaching and Learning across institutions and chaired Reconciliation Action Plan committees. She also has extensive experience in online design and delivery of education, academic skills, and pathway programs and has convened and lectured in the faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Business and in Learning Centres. She has published in Education, Archive Science, Cultural Studies and Literature.
