Brief Bio
Dr. Sahar Kouroshnezhad with Ph.D from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran is an experienced academic lecturer and researcher specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She has served as the Head of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in IAU University, overseeing curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and strategic planning. As an Assistant Professor, she has taught and developed courses in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Programming, IoT, and Digital Circuit Design, developing student engagement through innovative teaching methods. Dr. Kouroshnezhad’s research focuses on Internet of Things (IoT), AIoT, Predictive Data Analytics and Energy-Efficient Systems. She has supervised multiple master's research projects in these areas and has published peer-reviewed articles in leading journals such as IEEE Internet of Things and Computer Communications. In addition to her academic contributions, she has collaborated with industries on IoT and data analytics projects and has served as a journal reviewer and research proposal evaluator.
