    Anupam Makhija is working as a casual IT lecturer/tutor at King's Own Institute, Central Queensland university, and Navitas Sydney. With 25 years of proven experience and training, she has been associated with many universities and colleges in the past 23 years of her stay in Australia and assumed the roles of an IT lecturer, tutor, and coordinator for undergraduate and postgraduate students. She possesses knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies in areas such as programming, databases, information systems, data science, cloud computing, web development, etc. She has completed Master by Research in the area of artificial intelligence and virtual conversational agents in 2018 from Macquarie University, Sydney. Currently, she is enrolled in a Ph.D. at Central Queensland University (CQUniversity), Sydney. Her research topic involves the use of game-based learning to enhance the curiosity and motivation of learners. She has a few research publications in the area of artificial intelligence, virtual agents, and game-based learning in education.
