    I am a passionate educator with over 8 years teaching experience at both secondary and higher education levels and I have an outstanding record in ensuring students’ success. I am an effective communicator with excellent planning skills with the ability to lead, collaborate, establish goals and attain results. Having the oppoutnuity to design a hybrid undergraduate communications course has allowed me to grow as an innovative course developer who focuses on individual students needs and modern approaches to teaching to ensure the success of a diverse group of learners.
